The Sea Salt Drink

As it is necessary to bathe the outside of our bodies, so it is with the inside.

The sea salt-water drink will produce a bowel movement because its salinity level is similar to the salinity of our body and therefore cannot be absorbed inside our digestive track.

The salt and water will not separate but will stay intact and quickly and thoroughly wash the entire tract in about one hour. Several eliminations will likely occur. The salt water has the same specific gravity as the blood, hence the kidneys cannot pick up the water and the blood cannot pick up the salt.

That is why the sea salt-water drink is such a great laxative. When mixing the sea salt-water drink (two teaspoons dissolved in one litre of warm water), make sure to use uniodized sea salt and not table salt! You should try and drink as much of the 1 litre drink as possible. Finally make sure you stay near a restroom for the next hour.

If the taste of the salt water is uncomfortable for you, you can substitute it for another cup of the herbal laxative tea instead.

  • Alternate Mixing of Sea Salt
The sea salt drink is extremely effective in flushing out dissolved toxins from your body.

You should be drinking as much of the 1 litre sea salt water as you can. If you do have a bowel movement within the first hour your drinking enough. If you are drinking less and you do not have a bowel movement within the hour you need to drink more sea salt water or add more salt.

If you are uncomfortable with the sea salt drink there are two options.

    1. Drink a glass of water then have a small shot of the sea salt in a bit of water. Then drink the remainder of the 1 litre warm of water. This should mix in your system and create a bowel movement. This way you do not have to taste the whole 1 litre of sea salt water.

    2. Substitute the sea salt with a cup of laxative tea. The effects are not as strong as the sea salt but it should create a bowel movement during the day.

DO NOT drink the sea salt drink in the evening.
